El buen vino se ennoblece en cuvas de la mejor madera y ésta cuanto más tanino tiene adherido mejor entrega su tesoro compartiendo lo suyo para que otro (el vino) sea delicioso para otros. Así yo veo a "la amistad": los gestos noblez del corazón de uno embellecen a otros y de esa manera somos luz para quienes se acercan. Un buen vino debe tener una etiqueta elaborada (vestir bien); un buen vino sabe a buen aroma (estar limpio); un buen vino luce un buen color (agradar a simple vista irradiando simpatía) y por sobre todas las cosas: un buen vino debe ser deleite y placer de quien lo bebe (dar todo por el otro sin esperar nada). PAN de GARBANZOS (végano) Bueno amigos después de tanto experimentar y la tozudez de pensar que sí debía de haber un pan de garbanzos que no se hiciera como un bizcochuelo (masa chirla) y que en ninguna receta no se amasara; ustedes ya me conocen que soy amante de amasar (esta acción creo yo que impregna mucho de si y el karma transfiriendolo a lo amasado por eso la razón de hacerlo con buena vibra para que salga delicioso) y no me resignaba al pensar, que la harina de garbanos es un farinaceo y por qué no poder amasarla?  Pues bien voy aportar sobre el final algunos datos de esta harina y las excelentes cualidades saludables que dispone con la ventaja de disfrutar de algo exquisito que según creo yo, una vez que lo prueben, se convertirán en adictivos a ello a cualquier hora. INGREDIENTES: * 3 tazas de harina de     garbanzos (no faina). * 3 tazas de harina de trigo     (2 tazas para mezclar con     las 3 tazas de garbanzos     y una (1) taza más
