NIGHTLY TEA

ROSES BUDS TEA

Whenever we talk about teas we think the classic infusion of dried leaves, but now we'll see another famous tea made from flowers, more specifically with buds of roses.
In China, ROSE BUDS have been used for years as a traditional herb also as medicine more than 4,000 years.
I invite you in this new delivery to taste the sweet aroma and the flavor of this ancient delicacy.

HOW TO PREPARE THE TEA:

I recommend heating the water in the kettle between 60 ° C (140 ° F) and 85 ° C (185 °F), take a handful of blossoms and place them in the teapot or cup. Pour hot water to rinse ROSES for 20 seconds (at this time buds not only rinsed but the petals begin to open) throw out the rinse water and refill with hot water teapot or cup. Should stir a few times and squeeze the flowers so that buds deliver their color and flavor, let steep 5 minutes and serve. Some people once finished they eat the buds or petals. My recommendation is to leave the ROSES BUDS in the teapot steeping as much as possible because I love the sweetness of the ROSES  and I have noticed that never bitter and becomes more exquisite tea.

MEDICINAL USES AND BENEFITS:

It's high in antioxidants called catechin polyphenols , these substances protect the body from free radical damage, which can cause cancer - benefits heart and brain - help against the cold and cough - calm and relaxed mood - provides Vitamin C - increases blood circulation and improves digestion - is well known among women to help soothe the pains and cramps in menstrual periods.
